Piggy Back Angels(Bacon Wrapped Water Chestnuts)----Episode 40

RECIPE

3 cans Whole Water Chestnuts

1 pound thin sliced bacon cut in thirds

Wrap each water chestnut with bacon, secure with wooden toothpick

Sauce:

1-1/2 cups ketchup (catsup)
1 cup brown sugar
1 Tablespoon Hot Sauce
1 Tablespoon Worcestershire Sauce

Stir well and spoon/brush over water chestnuts.

Place on parchment or foil covered baking sheet.

Bake at 300-325 degrees until bacon in done. About 20-30 min

Serve hot or warm
