Thank you so much, I was seriously considering this rockpals PS500. Now because of your warning, I won't waste my time. I need budget but prime power. I'll spend more to get what I need. Again thank you, we appreciate your wisdom.

Hey, this was hugely helpful, I really appreciate the depth of understanding real life application, because I am using a fridge, and I am wanting to power up other things. Thanks

I have had this for a few months and I love it. It was the best value in my budget though so i see why if you can afford a better one you would want it

I wound up staying with Ecoflow and Bluetti with LIFEPO4 and Passthrough Charging using the AC port

Thanks for the video. I don't want to spend too much, all I need is to power my modem/router, the laptop and maybe a fan, any recommendation?..thanks!.

Hi, i have the same exact portable fridge, and with my last power station, my fridge compressor would not kick on when the temp would rise, and the power station showed no power being drawn, my jackery worked fine though, that has to do with certain brands of power stations??

I have a jackery 500 with a rockpals 100w solar panel. Seems like it’s a perfect combination. I see they have some newer models hope they work better than yours. One more thing I’m thinking about 1000w unit but not sure which one yet.

Will avoid like the plague, thanks for sharing your experience. Hope it's at least durable and last worth what you paid for it. Great video and editing as always 👍🏾

Well there is a Federal law on and abt warranties they just broke. The short they just cant make up "rules" that void out warranties like that from vendors they sell to just because you didnt buy it from them direct.

I have the Rockpals 300W for more than a year, mostly charge by solar and it suddenly stop working. Plug in the AC to charge and do hear the fan running but everything stop after a few minutes.

That's a lot of drawbacks for that device. I'm not even sure I would want to ask for one. They'd probably tell me no since my channel is kinda small. Ha

You should have watched more reviews on it.

dang... you have to do your research before you buy. This unit does not have pass through charging... bluetti has passthrough charging.... "that's ability to use and charge at same time..."

Anyone which has pass through charging like the bluetti ac50s

Cool Video nicely done! But Jackery? My experiene Um NAH. While they are awfully pretty I have two the 500W and 1000 W and they are BRUTAL for high drain devices! Not impressed told them as much they were like Oh well. Rock Pals HAS improved greatly I have 8 of their units the earlier lower end batteries would die for good within 2-3 years. They have improved. Jackery is a nice package but am NOT thrilled, especially with the costly 1, 000 Watt unit with respect to power consumption and startup for high drain devices.

Also I keep getting unsubbed this is probably the 3rd time I've subscribed to you. I use a Jackery 500 and Inergy Kodiak 1100. I'll likely get a Bluetti Ac200p for the boxtruck to try out all brands but still undecided.

500 cycles at full discharge to full charge and then you still get about 80% of the battery, so you are not just going to throw it away after that. if you do that every day that is still over a year of discharging and charging and if you are you using it that hard everyday then I think it will have paid for itself when it comes time to buy a new one. unless you are a full time RVer, van dweller or live off grid you are not going to be using it every day to have go through 500 charge cycles, so it will last you years. now some of the other drawbacks you talked about are legit (like the 12v unregulated socket) but do not make it sound like the li-ion batteries are trash. Context does
