I have a draggle and a hatchimal that i got but haVent hatched it and i foreget what type

We bought 2, one hatched fine. The other does everything the same but wont hatch. The eyes light up and you get music and rainbow eyes but it just makes a whining sound like its trying to move but cant. We worked with it all day yesterday. Reset the key several times etc. And still the same result, no hatching. Now it just goes right to sleep. Keep getting disconnected kn the phone. Sent an email Saturday. What do i do now?

Hi! Once the egg has cracked and opened, the hatchimal is still connected to the bottom and has plastic wrap around her, will she break through that as well? Should we take the plastic wrap off? Will the base come off by itself?
