I trusted his logic as soon as he said "I hate chemistry" I felt an instant connection.

Excellent information, would be nice to balance with reputation. Seeing a lot of mixed reviews on LU. Got my BS and MS from WGU. Agree with your review.

This helped me so much!!! After graduating community college and doing a yr in a traditional 4yr school I absolutely hated it but I also finally admitted to myself that biology is not for me especially chemistry. Thank you!!!

Just graduated from WGU in August!!!! I transferred in a lot of credits (I have an associates degree). I now have my bachelor’s! It was not easy but it wasn’t extremely hard either! I changed my major in March 2023 and I was done in August 2023. Could’ve been done sooner but life was lifing lol. It’s totally worth it! Good luck to anyone getting started on your journey!!! You got this!

Man. I always feel so lost in this. My barrier to entry above my paygrade is just a degree. I haven't been to school in 19 years and don't even know where to begin with financing or well anything.

This video definitely gives some food for thought. I was already looking at WGU a couple years ago, when I shelved the idea of school.

I want to THANK YOU! I withdrew from University of Phoenix and was getting ready to go to Capella so I’m so glad I ran across a video to make a better decision for myself Phoenix was good however they change the curriculum and they wanted you to test every week for five weeks for a busy working mom wife that was just too much for me so I’m looking for a school with their curriculum to finish my beer than human resource management

I’d take a serious look at Wilmington University. That’s where I went back to school and got my Masters degree. It was very affordable and an excellent experience. Fully accredited as well. Great video!

WGU is THE BEST! I was able to advance in my degree program so quickly and save so much money! I don’t know if it’s like this anymore, but I had a professor call me to offer assistance in one of my math projects. I wish they offered more programs!

For IT degrees, WGU allows you to transfer in IT certifications for credit. When I went there, the only requirement was you had to have passed within the last 5 years.

Low graduation rates could be explained by students transferring to a “brick and mortar” school.. For example active duty military who take online classes while on active duty, then transfer to a traditional “in person” college after leaving the military.

Just signed up for Liberty University online. I'm 52 yr young USAF Veteran with Associates degree in Business Administration from 2000 community college. I was pleasantly surprised that 96 of 120 credits transferred. With military discount I am excited to complete my degree sooner than I thought. Looking for scholarships to get me through!

This video is incredible really I need a degree for that next step, I have an Associates Degree and I am afraid of schools saying we can not accept anything and you have to start over. I might do a sit down talk and go over the degree path. Really its just a piece of paper that says you did something hard and stuck to it.

WGU let me transfer in 36 credits from my previous undergrad degree towards their Bachelor of Science in Software Development. Then I transferred in another 11 credits from Sophia which only took me a month to complete. So I came in with 47 credits which is nuts, 38% completed with the degree with their transfer process. Now the plan is to take 2 classes a month for the next 9-12 months and graduate with my second bachelors. Having this second undergrad will help me change careers into tech and prepare me for the grad school I want to go to

Excelsior University is an excellent choice. Low residency requirements, favorable transfer credits. The whole process is really easy to get started and stay on track (everything is done through Canvas). If you put in the effort, it should not be a problem.
