There are so many mistakes and faux pas i don't even know where to start..

This is a roughly £15 "spanish air dried ham" from LIDL. Prosciutto while technically being correct as English uses it as a general term for air dried ham is clearly not correct and if at all jamón should be used for Spanish air dried ham. And then we haven't talked about how terrible the meat looks and what an absolute instrument of disaster and terror that knife is.

People calling it out with snobbery but the deluxe range from Lidl is actually great and is affordable for the everyday person. Some people wouldn’t accept it if it wasn’t £80+ and hand delivered by a real Italian that had driven all the way from a small village on the Italian riviera

Its not jamon or prosciutto thats a dried shoulder.. A slice of dried pork shoulder.. Its a low low coast prosciutto and the best ham of the world is spanish called" pata negra cebo iberico"
