Singapore hydroponics food production relies on vast amounts of electricity and water, along with chemicals . It already has a water supply problem, generates most of its electricity from burning gas, and has to import agricultural chemicals . Questions also have to be asked concerning the quality of its vegetable etc . Hydroponics can never produce many of the variety of food needed in Singapore

Very interesting, sterile environment to grow food? So, I guess all is GMO and pollination without bees. You can feed yourself with that, I'm not interested.
