If US can build military presence around the world, why can't other countries, Russia and China also have the right to build a military presence near US. This is a lesson for US and I wish all the very best to China.

I like this move by China, I been saying this for years that is the only language the US NEOCONS understand. You are present in Taiwan we can do the same. Russia should have done this also and avoided invading Ukraine but put its missiles in Cuba way back in 2014 after the Maidan Coup

Chinese and Russian military bases in Cuba or anywhere near USA will bring military conflicts right into American homes. That gives them nightmares, shivers and epilectic fits.
