It's the little things....
I bought this kit from Sprinkler Warehouse last year, and just getting around to installing it now.
The manufacturer directions don't say where to use the lubricant, so this short video showing the optional use on the O-ring really helped.

Plus, the fact the spring gets pushed down underneath the lip of the breaker interior (you showed it as you seated it in) was really helpful as I was not sure if I should push it in or not.

This short, concise video was perfect for a DIY project.

Thank you for your comprehensive and easy to follow instruction in Wilkins 720-A repair. The key is locking that spring inside the housing, then everything fell into place. Never got instruction on “charging” the system via the bleed cock. Excellent job, teacher.

I just installed a new 720-A and forgot to pull the bonnet cover and vent out ALL the air. So>>I went back, followed your simple instructions>>Air OUT of the system! Valves working as new!!

Everything checks out, rebuilt with new parts several times. Never seals. I'm at 35 psi. Is there a minimum pressure needed?

I can not get the spring to stay inside the housing. Is there a special way to do this?

My cut-off valves on both ends of the Wilkins pressure valve are so stiff I have to use Channel lock pliers to turn them off or on. He didn’t address this but it should be an easy fix with faucet grease. Additionally, he used a screwdriver to adjust the protruding portion of the breaker and failed to explain why…

Hi, excellent video, thank you . But I cannot remove the bonnet. It's screwed on so tight. I even tried the way you showed. What else can I do to unscrew it without breaking the pvc pipes . Please help

What happens if you dont charge the system by keeping testcock open? I have an indoor unit so dont want water spraying everywhere unless i have the wife hold a bucket to catch water
