From WordPress admin area,
Go to plugins
Search for WP Rollback or plugin rollback or revert plugin
There are more than one plugins to revert updated plugins.

After you install WP Rollback, plugins will have options to rollback version. Clicking that will offer you option to select and change wordpress plugin version to any of its previous or newer version.

This plugin seems to be best for plugins upgrade or downgrade for me right now. It says that it can change theme versions as well, but it did not work for me. But there is another plugin that can revert plugins and themes. It does not change versions directly but it copies old version of theme and plugin after you update plugin of theme. A separate directory will store old version of theme and plugin instead of deleting it. It can be helpful if site crashes due to plugin or theme upgrade. You can quickly restore older version of plugin or theme to restore your wordpress site. But for plugins, WP Rollback is the plugin that is a must have in your wordpress development environment.
