so what happens with the minerals? do they get recycled to be used again? or do they get 'used up"? how does a deficiency/or functional deficiency then happen? let's say with magnesium or potassium, . as for example in supplementing with vitamin d, magnesium is needed in all the enzymatic conversions, . does that mean one would need to intake more magnesium the more vitamin d one intakes? or is magnesium recycled, ? it excreted in sweat, feces, and urine, . but, how and why? and does it change itself in any way in and or after being used in an enzyme? does it stay attached to enzymes permanently? enzymes get broken down so would that then make magnesium unuseable again? or that would make it more prone to be excreted? and how would a cofactor like vitamin a or retinoic acid that is used in genomic responses along with vitamin d that form heterodimers, . is that considered a cofactor if it's not an enzyme?

are u sure that in induced fit model both enzyme and substrate could change their shape or only that enzyme changes shaped??
