As a kid I always called the giant piranhas instead of sharks, don’t know the full reasoning but it might have had to do with how eager they are to chopping you down

sometimes ratchet disappears but then re-appears above the surface of the water shortly before the camera blacks out
only on ps3 though.

I can compare those sharks with the giant fishes that eat you in Jak and Daxter.

God I swear those decorative sharks were coming after me whenever I was in the water.. could just be memory from the non-decorative sharks that are used as obstacles elsewhere...

You can avoid getting eaten by the sharks not only in R&C 1 .... it works in game 2 and 3 also.

On the Planet Notak in R&C 2 and Planet Koros R&C 3 -> you can avoid them too if you can dive under the Water there but mostly only by performing a Wall glitch with the turrets or the Decoy glove.

This doesnt works in the newer Games 😉

The 1st time I played the game & visited this planet, I knew (based on those visible fins) you weren’t supposed to fall in the water…
But I did it anyway just to see the effect/outcome! 🤣

Rutchet!! You always make awesome videos 😉, but I have a question ❓ there are any way to delete the shark 🦈 in any type of ratchet . I hate the shark so much in ratchet and clank size mattress, his design is so bad and ugly😑. I'm (ابوكرتونة) again....🤣
