I love Zagreb. But you need to know that it's a very calm city. It's more like a city for living than for touristing. Also I, see you went during a holiday, which meabs that 90% of the people went to their villages to be with family or to the coast. Split gets packed during holidays. Dubrovnik you can't evel walk 😂
