Good job..as an American living in Athens, if I had only one museum to see, it would definitely be the Archeological Museum…a walk from Syntagma Square, or a 5 Euro taxi ride..but has some of the most amazing ancient artifacts, while the Acropolis Museum, while very nice, has replicas (until the British Museum returns the stolen originals). Rick Steve’s guides are great here too.

That is where the Antikitgera mechanism is displayed.
