The judge was texting inappropriate texts to the cops daughter.cop tried to stop judge but judge told cop to mind his own business or he'd be sorry.cop said that's my 17 year old daughter and shot judge

Judge was shot for "Officer Safety" when he failed to comply and reached for something. Qualified Immunity, so case closed.
