Sheriff Shawn Stines Expected to Request Bond in Kentucky Judge Murder

Accused killer and former Kentucky Sheriff Shawn 'Mickey' Stines attends a status hearing where the judge proposed an evaluation regarding competence and criminal responsibility. Stines is accused of killing Judge Kevin Mullins in his chambers. His defense also proposed a bond hearing to discuss a possible release for Stines while he awaits trial.

The defense is certifiably crazy if they think the sheriff will be given bond. He is the poster child for not getting bond.

This case seems like there are so many corrupt people involved. The judge who was shot and killed seems corrupt. The sheriff who killed him seems like he knows something about this. That’s why he killed him. That the judge did something wrong to his family.
