I wouldn't say that I "prefer" pre-ordering but I honestly don't mind it At All. What I Hate is having to race to get to a website in time when something is released, if there's a high demand. I hate having to rush to try and get something before it sells out. What I like about pre-orders is that my palette is secure I already purchased it, I already reserved it, so when it becomes available I know I'll be getting mine. And especially for a small brand that needs that pre-order in order to get the product into production, I'm more than happy to help when it's a brand that I want to support.

I know this sounds crazy but colored eye shadows have become so prevalent and with such better formulas now that i wish someone would re-dupe the jacklyn hill vault palletes. Her color stories were great but the formula sucked. I can never look at a bunch of random singles and try and see what compliments each other until they're grouped together like sydney grace does or they're in a palette. I would be eternally grateful if someone was able and willing to do this. Unfortunately I dont have anywhere near a makeup collection to be able to accomplish this.

I feel like GoT is so damn hyped is because ... it's not fake. Like your favorites die. Everyone dies. No one is safe. The characters are not black and white. The favorites have flaws. Like Dany who is a pretty damn favorite of so many has very very obvious flaws. And the kinda 'villains' or bad guys have interesting aspects to them which make you feel like ... yeah kinda make sense. They are multi dimensional and that is so damn great. It's also so ... reminiscent of society. Like ... there is the common enemy - the white walkers. They are a threat to all of them. BUT HEY, you know what? Lets forget about them and fight each other so they don't have to do THAT much work. Like only five of us will be left in the end and they can run us over in two days instead of 10. feels like history to me.

That Tart blue palette, I bought the face candy dupe for $8. I love it and I don't need another blue palette. Definitely too little too late applies here 😂

I wish the Whalesong had a pastel green or pastel purple. But I’m definitely pick it up as one of three palettes for my low buy 😊

It's okay sis, I don't really like Game of Thrones either. I tried watching the first season and I have a weak stomach so it didn't work for me lol

I need to write on a board 100 times, "I will not buy another purple shadow" and "I will not buy another blue shadow." But I love purples and blues (all colors really, except taupe and gray and fire engine reds, which don't look great on me). But geez, they keep bringing out beautiful shades! (If I'm honest, though, I frequently buy the same shades (mint greens!) over and over again and convince myself that there are subtle differences :) And I'm always on the hunt for a perfect, high-performing lilac matte, (pressed or loose), which it turns out, is really difficult shadow to find. ^.^

I’d love to see some swatches of the Feral palette, as well as some of the singles someday if you get them! I’d like to see video swatches of the purple and pink singles but I can’t find any.
I’ve been really wanting the Feral palette, the cost plus the shipping plus customs/tax/fees puts the one palette close to $100 for me (I’m in Canada). It’s part of why her original post rubbed me the wrong way - some of us follow because we love what they do, but with no fault by the brand or the would-be customers, cost IS prohibitive. Also, I’ve been watching for sales and get an email about reduced shipping in the US... that kind of bummed me out. Anyway! I’m still interested and would love to see some live swatches on a fellow pale person as someday when I have the money, I’d like the Feral palette and some singles.

The lick and lash palette immediately made me thing Affinity and Affinity 2 put together. And no shade. I'm NOT one of those people who looks for reasons to say a brand "copied". I just feel like the colors look similar. But its all in 1 palette

I think that blue eyeshadow under highlighter in tarte pallete is for contouring...I'm pale and I use gray/dark blue eyeshadows for contouring and when you blend it, it looks like a nice cool tone contour
