✨ R E C I P E ✨
1. Mix together 16oz/500ml boba milk tea, 3 tsp (~1 pack) unflavored gelatin, and 2 tbsp sugar (optional, but I find that when adding the gelatin makes it less sweet so I like to add it) in a pot until dissolved.
2. Then heat it over the stove for 5 min and let it cool down a little so it’s not too hot.
3. Pour it back into the cup and let it chill in the refrigerator for ~3-4 hours depending on your refrigerator.
4. Take it out, quickly dip it in warm/hot water to loosen it from the cup and turn it upside down on a plate. Enjoy!
