I love mine. if I ever leave camp for anything, it comes with me. I replaced the strap with one from Kifaru and I like the fit better. for those complaining about price, you get what you pay for. this kit is top notch. I've cooked so much with mine already. buy once, cry once. Don't mess with krap. this will go to my son someday.

Bought one of these and you definitely get what you pay for, top quality. Thanks for helping me make the purchase.

Just picked up this whole kit and love it. Very high quality, can take a beating and will last for years. Thanks for the review, pointed me in the right direction. Also Lester River Bushcraft were great to deal with.

Love it. The front of that pouch would be great for, to steal the concept from our friends from the United Kingdom, a “brew kit”. Coffee, creamer, sugar, hot cocoa, tea, bullion cubes, soup packets… enough volume there for a day or two of basic ingredients that require water and boiling. Coupled with some Kevlar cordage (since it is flame resistant) and a metal piece from a binder clip for spreading into the canteen mouth for hanging over a fire. Cup. Some water purification tabs. Matches in a safe. You have everything contained in one bundle. You could probably even fit a Esbit stove or some other flat pack stove and fuel.

This is a canteen pouch, I would like to call my own. The best I've ever seen. But sorry, 106 bucks is way to much! Nevertheless, thank you for sharing

WOW! $106 for just the carrier (which showed as out of stock in both colors today BTW), and $159 for the canteen/cup unit!
Quality stuff I'm sure, but not for the person with a mortgage & kids!

great set up . but 265 for a canteen and cover is pretty pricey. thanks for the review.

Nice piece of kit. I have the BUSHBOX ULTRALIGHT OUTDOOR POCKET STOVE. It's a multi-fuel burning stove that is very light and small. It would definitely fit in that back pocket. The stove retails for around $45, but it is well worth the money for the space you can save and the weight too. If you can get one and do a video on it, that would be way cool. Thanks for the review.

My favorite daily carry setup for summer, incredibly versatile, especially when you want to just pull over and check a spot out on the way home or something like that. It’s expensive, we all know that, but it is quality gear that will last decades, at least, the canteen will be heirloom material.

you can get an old USGI canteen cup stove slids over the canteen cup, hard to find now a days but they are great use can use wood or fuel tabs or both, i have made many cups of field coffee that way

I think that is the sweetest setup of its kind that I have seen. I would make the front pouch a little wider for carrying food, or whatever.

At 4:07 you were wondering whether there was a stove that would fit into the sleeve for the canteen cup lid. Yes, my Firebox Nano with X-Case fits into that little sleeve. It's a snug fit, but it works! Btw, enjoyed your review; gave me some new ideas. Thanks.

I have an old school military canteen pouch but I don't use it for a canteen, I use it for a little kit, but besides putting the canteen in it, I can't do much else with it, like carry some small items. I really dig this kit and will probably have to upgrade! Thanks for sharing!

This would be a great kit to build for a light scout. I built my scout kit using a Maxpedition Water Bottle Carrier. The 12X5 worked out so well I'm building a second one. If I could afford this carrier (too many projects at the present time) it would definitely be used. Made in the USA is a big plus as well. Thanks for showing this.

Just got mine today and love it. The Emberlit fire ant in titanium fits perfect in the back pocket and i put my lid on the bottom under the cup. this was exactly what i had been looking for as well.

These's the most amazing design I like the most with the titanium canteen, will surly get one for myself. Thanks for the video!

All jokes aside, I do the same thing with the Maxpedition nalgene water bottle pouch. I use a smaller steel water bottle so I can fit more in. Mini survival kit for travel. Nice video.

It's a nice carrier, BUT, at $110 just for the "Mother" is just not where I need to be for web gear. I find the large 2 quart canteen carrier fits a Pathfinder canteen, cup, stove and lid as well as some basic 5 C's kit items. $160 for a Ti canteen also seems over the edge as Ti does not react well with direct fire like SS does. Like I said, nice gear, just too over budget for me for what it offers.
