@PhilInAction Magic Lantern "installs" itself to RAM, the memory which is lost every time you turn off your camera. So, nothing is wrong, it is the way the system works :)

@pianomanbd Yep, that's one of the thinks it can do. As far as the higher bit rate, that's less compression so thats better looking video

@cpukid00 I got the 5D refurbished for $500 off. The t2i is very simler for about 1/4 the cost if you are looking a cheaper DSLR

After installing:
Magic Lantern disappears after turning CANON 5D off and back on. Whats wrong?

I have the T2i and I wanted to know if this update allows you to disable the agc? And I what does the higher but-rate allow you to do? It must be important if you're willing frying your camera!

@pox98 Is the higher bitrate changeable or is it set at the higher rate? I would rather not hurt my camera and keep it a little lower. I guess I'm just being cautious...
