What is spasticity? What's up with Multiple Sclerosis muscle cramps, legs spasms and stiff limbs? I answer these questions in this short focus video.

The footage for this quick Multiple Sclerosis educational video is cut from a longer video on spasticity I recorded a while back. This focus video concept is new, and I'd love feedback on if you like this "just the facts" quick video style or not? Please let me know in the comments!

This quick (under 2 minutes) focus video is cut from older footage I recorded on spasticity. I'm trying this new format, what do you think? Are focused videos like this one something you'd like to see more of? Please let me know in the comments section!

I have to say, I’ve watched a LOT of videos and done a lot of research on my own, but you’ve explained this so clearly and simply. THANK YOU!

This is one of my worst problems. It affects everything that I do every moment of everyday and night. Have to keep potassium up, temperature about 70 degrees. Can't get too hot or cold. Take baclofen as well. Love your example.

Thanks Dr. Boster for the video. Longer videos tend to be more informative, but I learn from focus videos, too.

I think the short format would work for some subjects, but I personally like the longer, more in depth ones. Thanks for making these videos. Your passion for MS shines through in every single one!

Howdy Dr Boster
With your spasticity example, I think this very concise explanatory format used...to get across a complex point simply is most useful

Hi, Dr.B! I've always found your bedside manner to channel was friendly and warm. Very good example!!! I can type better than talking in person sometimes because it allows me to sit and think when words sometimes escape me when talking to someone. Would enjoy hearing your theory on this. Great information as always!!

Great focus video Dr Aaron! Cold temps amp up my spasticity. Along with daily oral baclofen, stretching, movement, ambulating, and short walks in back yard help tune down spasticity for me. Heating pad on trunk & limbs. electric throw lap blanket on legs during daytime rest periods. Electric blanket in bed (even in air conditioned summer night's!! 😂😂) Extra layers of clothing on feet and legs helps too. Thanks for your channel.

Hi Aaron.

Just for better audio quality purposes, would you consider getting a microphone or change your recording machine so that there is no background noise. Would be really great for us subscribers! Take no offense. Thanks in advance for great video content :) You help so much with this channel. Appreciate your hard work.

Have a great day!

I like the information, however, once I do have time to sit and watch your presentations, I would prefer more info . So longer with more info is still good.

I like short and quick myself but don’t think it’d fit every subject
This subject/video worked in this short format if you’d ask me :)

I appreciate all of the information that you provide, but that being said I think I prefer the longer format. I think everyone who watches your channel was left feeling as though something was missing from the shorter format....hmm what could it be???? I hope we have not seen the last of your feathered friends!😀

Good stuff. I recently was getting charlie horses often in the night. I thought maybe it was a symptom of my MS. I started taking magnesium because I was on the Keto diet and heard that Magnesium levels can get low. Cramping and tightness in legs went away after about a week!
