Spicy Chicken Curry Recipe | Easy n Delicious

Ingredients:
• Oil: 12 cups
• Bay leaves: 4
• Cardamom: 4
• Cinnamon: 5 small pieces
• Chopped onion: 1 cup
• Minced ginger: 1 tbsp
• Minced garlic: 1 tbsp
• Turmeric powder: 1.5 tbsp
• Red chili powder: 3 tsp
• Coriander powder: 1.5 tsp
• Cumin powder: 1.5 tsp
• Salt: 2 tsp
• Meat: 1.5 kg
• Potatoes: cut into large pieces

Instructions:
1. Sauté the spices: Heat oil in a pot. Add bay leaves, cardamom, and cinnamon. Sauté for about a minute.
2. Sauté the onion: Add chopped onion and sauté until it turns light brown.
3. Add ginger and garlic: Add minced ginger and garlic and sauté for 1-2 minutes.
4. Add dry spices and water: Add turmeric powder, red chili powder, coriander powder, cumin powder, salt, and half a cup of water. Sauté for 3-4 minutes.
5. Add meat and potatoes: Add meat and potatoes. Stir well and cover.
6. Cook until the water dries: Cook on medium heat, stirring occasionally, until the water from the meat dries up.
7. Add water and cook: Add 3 cups of water and cook on high heat for 5 minutes. (For country chicken, you may need more water and cooking time.)
8. Simmer and finish: Reduce heat to low and cook for another 5 minutes. Add roasted cumin powder and turn off the heat.
