These are the steps which are used for fixing this error of gta vcs on pc.
STEP 1: First of all, Open the root directory of your gta vice city stories pc game
STEP 2: Now right click on gta-vcs.exe and then select properties
STEP 3: Now, click on ''Compatibility Mode''
STEP 4: Now, change the ''Compatibilty Mode'' from Windows XP(Service Pack 2) to Windows 98/Windows Me
STEP 5: CHECK the ''Run the program as an administrator'' and then click on ''Apply''
STEP 6: Restart your gta vcs game again

Note: Since you have changed the compatibility mode now. so, you're previous savegames of missions will get removed automatically.
In that case, you have to start a new game and then save files of missions until shakedown mission
After completing the shakedown mission then you can play the fear the repo mission.

I get fatal error when I'm on bombshine blowout and wonder if you fix the problem like you did, will it still say "fatal error" on other missions or will the problem disappear completely
