They both show an acceptable level of fluency and vocabulary range. Their use of back-channel signals is also adequate. However, their phonological aspect has been neglected. They show clear signs of speaking with foreign accent which, at times, hinders comprehension.

This is the old pre-2015 format. Part 3 is the big change of course post-2015. It's still a useful video to watch anyway. They do this exam well enough and are able to exchange structured ideas effectively. There is also a good range of vocabulary and grammar forms with few errors. Pronunciation might be at the lower end but it's clear.
