Dr Subramanian Swamy gives definition of Corruption

Dr Swamy says Corruption is a term used loosely. Congress General secretary Digvijay Singh alleges that that Baba Ramdev is corrupt because he accepts Black Money. He gives a example suppose if I have Black Money in my pocket and if I gives that to a Taxi Driver then will that Taxi Driver will also become corrupt ? No.
Corruption is a misuse of the Public office for the private gain. When you are in public office and you misuse it for private gain so that you or some of your family member or friends gets benefit from that misuse. Essentially the choice is not made on the merit, misuse leads to the sub optimization of the choices.
