My only problem with his argument is that people lack financial education and also have money issues/traumas. If you tax the rich and give to the poor, the poor with poor money management will give the money back to the rich.. creating an endless useless cycle. Also not everybody wants to be creative or build a business, many people will end up comfortable living of creative and innovative minds. Besides those points I fully agree. So many million/billionaires attached to accumulating wealth that serves no propose to themselves or people around them. Literally mentally ill hoarders.

I agree we need to find a way to get the influence of money out of government and there is a societal risk to extreem inequality. What we need however isnt ideology driven policy with a bunch of one sided reasons to support it, we need deep systemic understanding of very complex systems. I think Leo over generalizes and stareotypes the wealthy and his understanding of how economies and large corporations actually function seems lacking.

I have enjoyed watching Leo's videos for a long time, but it is always "funny" to see that he has a gigantic American (US) bias - in many videos.

The more you tax the rich the more they raise prices the higher the cost of living gets the bigger the gap gets. So essentially taxation is good for monopolies. What we should be doing is abolishing tax and having a personal wealth cap maybe? But the fact so much currency exists this is why we have issues. Wealth is a volumetric thing currency is just how people can trade so to draw trade in to line we need no tax because governemt is the only bennfjactor and who ever bribes government has the monopolies. Abolish currency have trade under a crypto with finite amount that can't be laundered or counterfeited. Lol you sound like a child trying to idealized communism
