How To Cook For Your Allergic Friends demonstrates (while cooking instant noodles) how to make cooking for friends with food allergies easy and safe.

This week (22nd-29th April 2019) is Allergy Awareness Week! This week aims to highlight the struggles of living with allergies, and how much we as allergy sufferers go through to keep ourselves safe and happy.
