I finally (re) subscribed to merch informer. I have issues with MI because only the "official brand" designs continue to show in the top trending and even when I say "exclude" those are the tees showing up. But I bought it this time for the Niche hunter" --fingers crossed.

Hey, as a heads up ... In Ryan Hogue's top 5 from last week or the week before he pointed out that several of these HalloThanksMas shirts had been removed from Amazon. I just counted 10 of them on the dog page. There are plenty still up but might not be worth it.

Interesting! you talked about if that guy was the first guy up with the original design, what did he have to go on, just his hunch? I've had some of the cuff text quote ideas, but nothing on Amazon that's not gonna work for me? I have been on tier 10 since 2020, 3 more sales and I'm outta tier 10 lol, I'll crack this Amazon merch thingy yet possibly maybe, so much info out there from all you pros!!, and I am paying attention!! ;-)

I want to ask you about the following issue that i got recently for submitting my book to amazon KDP. Before submitting my book to KDP, it was uploaded in Draft to Digital (D2D). Now in the review process, KDP wants me to show that my book is actually my book, because they see it in KDP system (obviously because it was uploaded from D2D print) otherwise they will suspend me after 5 days. I tried to explain that I use D2D and the book that they see in KDP is from me but from another platform. Their support simply does not listen and they do not reply to me, just pointing me to the link “Kindle Direct Publishing Terms and Conditions”.
I do not know what to do? they accuse me of violation of the copyright of my own book!!!

As you said, the phrase "Thanksmas" is registered. I suppose we cannot use it even as part of a bigger phrase like "Hallothanksmas"... So, what's the reason to design something we cannot sell on Amazon or anywhere else and set our accounts in danger of suspension? Thanks for any possible answer.
