Turkish Ashure Recipe | Noah's Pudding | Idil's Kitchen

Ashure is told to be the oldest dessert in the world. I symbolizes unity, abundance and sharing. It holds a big place in Turkish culture. Hope you enjoy :)

Ingredients:

2 cups barsley
1 cup beans
1 cup chickpeas
1 cup milk
1 tablespoon starch
1 cup hazelnuts
1 cup almonds
1 cup pine nuts
1 cup dried apricots
2 cups sugar
ginger
cinnamon

to serve;
cranberries
pomegrenate
walnuts
pistacchios
