"INGREDIENTS
Wheat: 500g, dried bean: 1 water glass, chickpea: 1/2 water glass, rice: 1/2 water glass, raisin: 1 tea glass, dried apricot: 10 pieces, dried fig pieces, hazelnut: 1/2 water glass, orange: 1 medium sized, clove: 5 pieces, sugar: 1,5 water glass, milk: 1 water glass, hot water: 5 water glass, pomegranate: 1 medium sized, crushed walnut: 1/2water glass, cinnamon: 1 table spoon.

DIRECTIONS
Wash the wheat and place them in a large pot. Cover with warm water and cook them over medium flame by stirring. After leaving the chickpeas and dried beans in water overnight, place them into separate pots and boil them over medium flame after adding warm water. Wash dried apricots, dried figs and raisins with water, chop them into small pieces. Place them into different pots and boil them for approximately 10 minutes. Wash the orange with plenty of water and slice it. Peel the orange and chop them into cubes. Add the boiled chickpeas, dried beans, raisins, dried figs and dried apricots to boiled wheat. Add 5 cups of hot water into Ashura pot. Add washed rice, orange peels, hazelnut and clove into Ashura pot. Cook all the ingredients on medium heat for 20 minutes and stir. Warm the milk and add to the pot, stir quickly. While stirring, add the sugar. Cook approximately for 30 minutes on a low heat.
