Today's feature takes a look at Hunter Steward, a 2013 graduate of Liberty, who is currently pursuing his passion for football in his native country.

Steward was a two-year starter for Liberty, who played in 31 career games after transferring from Virginia in 2011. He helped the Flames win back-to-back Big South titles in 2012 and 2013 and earned Big South all-conference and VaSID all-state first-team honors as a senior.

Between his junior and senior seasons, Steward, who is a native of Victoria, British Columbia, was selected with the No. 6 pick in the 2013 Canadian Football League (CFL) by the BC Lions, making him the fourth player in Liberty's program history to be selected in the CFL Draft.

During his first season with the Lions, Steward has helped his squad to an 8-7 overall record in the CFL West Division standings.

During today's feature, LFSN Game On reporter Rett McGibbon had a chance to talk with Steward about how his time at Liberty prepared him to play at the next level.
