CHEESE FRIES | HOW TO MAKE SHAKE SHACK FAMOUS CHEESE FRIES

CHEESE FRIES (1 SERVING)
- Frozen fries 300gr
CHEESE SAUCE:
- 1 Tbsp Butter
- 1 Tbsp All-purpose flour
- 1/2 cup milk (120ml)
- 50gr Cheddar cheese

TIP: Sauce might thicken/harden when cold. Reheat sauce before serving /pouring over fries.

It’s REALLY good but the only problem is that it gets REALLY thick very fast so guys be careful and if that does happen add a bit of hot water on it
