Ingredients:

4 no Chicken Drumstick

Marination masala :
4 tbsp Plain Yogurt / Cu rd
4 cloves Garlic, chopped
1 tbsp Ginger, chopped
1/2 tsp Turmeric powder
1.5 tsp Coriander powder
1 tsp Cumin powder
1 tsp Garam masala powder
1 tsp Red chili powder
3 to 4 nos Green chili
1/4 tsp Kasuri Methi / Dried fenugreek leaves (optional)
3 tbsp Coriander leaves
1 tbsp Mustard oil (any type)
2 tbsp Lime juice OR lemon juice
1 tsp Salt

For Cucumber mint Raita :
2 tbsp Cucumber finely chopped
1/4 tsp Roasted cumin powder
1/4 tsp Salt (as required)
1 tsp Mint leaves, finely chopped
1/2 cup Plain Yogurt / curd
