If you truly think that they got in on merit and not by their race then the law doesn't change anything.

Admissions should be merit based. That is all. If you want to get into a good school, you HAVE TO WORK FOR IT.

It is a tragedy that this is where our president stands.

Racist policy. Best scores and grades should get in. Not color of skin or gender.

Knowing bidens history and past comments, it’s hilarious to watch him defend diversity

I'm Asian-American, and I agree with the Supreme Court on this. One should be accepted to college based on merit and not what race is the person.

So everybody should be judged by their skin color? Sounds very racist to me.

The purpose of Affirmative Action is to give QUALIFIED MINORITIES a chance to succeed. It DOES NOT give minorities a “FREE PASS” like the Supreme Court Justices and others would have you believe. I don’t believe that you should admit a minority over ANY person who is more qualified. With that being said, the problem worldwide, is that QUALIFIED applicants that are MINORITIES are being denied admission into the universities, just because of their race and that’s not right. The Supreme Court justices know this, which is why they ruled against affirmative-action. They don’t want diversity in schools. Their intention is to get “THEIR OWN” people in there they’re going to do what they want to do, which is to oppress the general population like they’re trying to do now.

This is the same guy who said he didn't want his kids growing up in a racial jungle, and the same guy who called a klansman his friend and mentor.

I don't get it. Racist favoritism was supposed to be good?

Maybe our goal should just be to get the most competitive work force before China eats our lunch.

"if you don't get admitted to college based on your skin color then you ain't black"

It's hilarious democrats keep saying race is not a determining factor for admission but one of many many factors. Then taking race out of the formula should not alter admission decision. Ok, what's the big deal here?
