I've put an exclusive focus on heavy #clubbell training over the summer. Today I decided to train with my 15kg pair (7.5kg each) Persian Meel to assess my grip strength.
Typically while training with the meel, my forearms start to burn around rep 40 (20 each side). Today I was easily able to train 60 reps (30 each side) for five sets.
The clubbells have helped immensely with shoulder and grip strength. I love to train with the meel in closed patterns (swings around the upper body as opposed to open patterns - swings across and in front of the body).
