Viral chopped bagel - salmon & cream cheese 🍣🥬🥯🥒

Trying out the viral chopped bagel! I made mine with salmon. This version of the viral trend was so good and a can’t-miss recipe!

Chop up whatever ingredients you want for the perfect bagel bite, or follow my recipe idea below. I should warn you it is very messy, but worth it! This recipe serves 2 & makes a great breakfast, lunch or even a delicious snack.

INGREDIENTS
2 bagels of your choice
4 tbsp cream cheese
10g chives
½ red onion
10g rocket
1 tsp capers
1 tsp lemon juice
½ tsp salt
½ tsp pepper
3 slices of smoked salmon
20g cucumber
1 tsp caviar

METHOD
Toast your bagel to your liking. I went for medium crisp for this recipe.
Get all of your ingredients onto a chopping board and dice until you get a thick, creamy, even looking spread.
Scoop up with a scraper and evenly coat your bagel with the mixture.
Add some caviar, slice in half and that’s it…enjoy!
