Turning Unemployment into Entrepreneurship

In addition to his work in founding the Grameen Bank, for which he was awarded the 2006 Nobel Prize in Peace, Professor Muhammad Yunus has devoted his recent work to spreading and implementing his idea of social business: a concept for businesses that strive to solve social problems, but are also financially self-sustainable. A social business pays back only its original investment and reinvests its profits in innovations or further growth that advance its social goals. In this lecture, Prof. Yunus examines the history and the future of the field of social business.

Dr. Professor Mohammad Yunus is the only person of Bangladesh who achieved Nobel Peace Prize for his micro credit finance of Grameen Bank for the poor people of Bangladesh. He is appreciated for his micro credit finance all over the world. After winning the Nobel Peace Prize, Dr. Professor Mohammad Yunus devoted himself to spreading and implementing his idea of micro credit finance system among the poor people of the world. We are very proud of him, but some black-sheep of our country couldn't endure his fame, reputation and well-earnings. One of them is the envious and malignant woman so-called prime minister of Awoami Govt. of Bangladesh. Dr. Professor Mohammad Yunus is a world-wide renowned Bangladeshi scholar. He may live long.
