In this footage, cells were treated with a mTOR inhibitor and their area was monitored over 40h without the need of fluorophores or dyes. mTOR inhibitors are drugs that target the mechanistic/ mammalian target of rapamycin (mTOR), a key regulatory kinase involved in cell growth, proliferation, metabolism, and survival.
