Dr Eric Westman has made a reaction video about me. He did this a couple of years ago. I too respect Dr Westman and his work. I personally think going after others in the alternative health space does our community a disservice. We are not the enemy, big pharma and big food is. You handled this with grace. Bravo Dr Boz. I love and appreciate you.

@Dr. Boz, Dr. Westman just has a relaxed approach to ketosis to match relaxed needs. Your approach is strict for very serious and imminent. It all boils down to what are one's goals, what's the starting point, and what in one's motivation, commitment, compliance, and resources to include supporting community or family. God bless and protect you and your family!

Once again Dr. Boz - thank you so much for your dedication. I've been following you for years and you have no idea the positive impact you had on me in wanting to know more about Keto and health in general. I've lost close to 100 lbs over three years ago and I've never regained the weight. Further, I have no more type 2-Diabetese - reversed completely !!! with an A1C in the normal range. My fasting glucose eight years ago was over 500 dc/L. I was losing my eyesight, with body inflammation and eczema all over my body. My toes were turning grey and the next step was going to be amputation. This is ALL gone and completely reversed !!! I'm now 65 and I take zero medication, I walk 3-8 miles 3-4 times a week and I do weight lifting 2-3 times a week. And as a bonus, I've stop drinking and dealt with my alcohol addiction. I'll never thank you enough for your podcasts and giving me a light of hope. The genesis to have triumph over addiction always starts with an Attitude Adjustment from old ways and beliefs to an open mind to look at something new ... while understanding and owning that my old knowledges about health and addictions were wrong! God bless you Dr. Boz! Note: If I ever go Tampa Florida, one day, I wish to be able to meet you and thank you in person.

I recently watched a podcast with Dr. Thomas Seyfreid and at some time he was talking about the Glucose / Ketone ratio as a metric for metabolic health. I immediately remembered you talking about and using it as a tool. I especially liked the info from Dr. Seyfried concerning how the ketogenic diet was not only preventative, but therapeutic. His involvement in cases of glialblastoma is phenomenal.

I enjoyed Westman’s reaction to your video because he almost completely agreed with you. Extremely rare! He differed mostly when existing limited science didn’t support something. And he particularly recommended a study that might provide that support!
But lo and behold, it sorta already exists!❤ But I still can’t afford the monitors onMediCal😢

Been following your channel (and others here on YT). Down 35 lbs in 2.5 months! Feeling stronger, younger. Doing OMAD, walking, weights. Retired military, 55M, diabetes (T2), and HBP. Six months ago, hard to walk, bend, tired all the time...addicted to "American" packaged food all day. Quit all that garbage. Now, able to walk 3+ miles with no pain, arms/legs STRONG. Zero pain meds, sleeping better, more alert! Thanks for your videos Dr BOZ. 😀 Lifesaver.

"There is life after carb rushes" very well spoken 👏 this is probably the best argument I've ever seen for adding MCT oil to your diet.

I took Doctor Westman’s course with my wife. And after that, I followed up with your (Dr Boz) coaching course. You two complement one another.

I do believe that for people who are very sick, there has to be an emphasis on maintaining the high ketones. The big salad that healthy people can eat, and usually loose weight on… is counterproductive to those of us who are truly metabolically sick. I encourage my family to eat Keto using Dr. Westman’s approach. I, who have been on insulin for over 25 years, getting shots in my eyes for retinopathy and showing signs of dementia, follow Dr Boz’ approach. Both are correct.

By the way, I went from 285lb with A1c of 9.5 for 25 years, to 180lb and 6.2 in most recent test. Thanks to you both!

It costs you nothing to subscribe The least you can do to help Boz is to push the subscribe button
How is that marketing ?

It just boosts her presence on YouTube

When I quit drinking in 2020, I realized how poorly my brain was operating. Went Keto 2021 & found Keto Continuum a couple of months later & lost 100#. I continued to struggle with poor brain/memory capacity. Lately, I’ve been surprised my ability to remember details over the last several months. Forever Keto is my plan, thank you for a better future!

I watched that video but I don't think I finished it, for some reason. I like both of you and appreciate your contributions. I think it's good to have spirited discussions since science is built on this when done properly. I have both of your programs. I think it's great that some people are able to do a ketogenic diet without measuring anything and find success. Unfortunately, I am not one of those people. I really need data to keep me accountable and on track. Thanks so much for your approach, Dr. Boz!
