Isolation Tank Noise for Rapid Deep Sleep | 12 Hours | BLACK SCREEN | Tinnitus & Anxiety Relief
Показать описание
Have you ever wanted to hear a sound that helps you completely shut off from the world? That gives you a feeling of complete safety and secure isolation? Then perhaps this Isolation Tank Noise is for you.
I recently visited a flotation therapy centre - partly out of curiosity and partly for inspiration for a new sound. What I learned was just how amazing these tanks are for helping to switch off, unwind, and forget about the troubles of the world. Despite being billed as sensory deprivation tanks, your senses are very much alert and attuned to every tiny thing - especially your ears.
To try to replicate the sound I heard inside, I sought the help of my old AI friend to guide me. Its suggestions were spot on. Here is what it suggested:
Soft Hum or Buzz: Similar to the sound of electrical equipment or faint white noise, which can be soothing and help with relaxation.
Muffled Sounds: Due to the water and the enclosed space, any external noise that seeps in would be highly muffled and distant, resembling the way sounds are perceived underwater.
Soft Rhythmic Pulse: A gentle, rhythmic pulsing sound, resembling a distant heartbeat or slow, steady beat, providing a soothing and meditative auditory backdrop.
Water Movement: Gentle sloshing or bubbling of water as it moves slightly within the tank, creating a serene and calming effect.
Low-Frequency Tones: Deep, resonant tones that might mimic the sound of being underwater or in a vast, open space, enhancing the sense of isolation and immersion.
Using my usual techniques to replicate these five sounds, I created, recorded, edited, and blended them all together to create an absolutely mesmerising blend. I'm really, really happy with it!
Through tweaked and subtle changes, I think I've got it as close as possible to the sound inside the tanks. Even the gentle splashing of water sound—which I thought I was going to use heavily—I actually toned down, as you don’t really hear it while inside because you’re so still.
So, lie back, close your eyes, and let your ears do the work!
Sleep well and sleep long! 😴
