Fooly Cooly is favorite anime of all time. I have so much sentiment and attachment to that series. I've watched that show so many times over the years. It resonated so well with me at the time and it's stuck with me. The music. The comedy. The characters. The themes. It was all just..inexplicable. And it took years before I understood what I was watching or why I loved it so much. I was on the verge of tears when I heard this news. It can either be a dream come true or my worst nightmare. I have really high hopes for this 2nd and 3rd season. I hope they don't let me down. I just might cry if they ruin my favorite anime of all time. There are people out there that call it a garbage, pretentious, pointless or whatever. But I, being an adolescent who could relate so well to it, was touched and it really spoke to me and stuck with me. And I still feel like I relate so well to it. I love Fooly Cooly so much. I'm really looking forward to what happens next, good or bad. Really high hopes for these two seasons. Don't let me down Production IG. Or there will be hell to pay.

I've yet to see the first series so I'll need to sort that out before the sequels but very interesting that Toonami is co-producing it.

I watched half of this anime (which is three episodes I guess? :P) a long time ago and I didn't understand a thing so I dropped it! Although I loved the animation and the way the characters moved around, it was quite funny too.

It was one of the first anime things that I've seen once i was really into anime. At the time it was kinda crazy for me since it was kinda strange series overall but I'm fond of it cause its part of my early days in the anime. I've rewatched it a few years ago and I did like it a bit more. I'm looking forward to this new stuff :D
