* exercise daily 30 minutes
*10 minutes yoga's specially abdominal area..

NEVER SKIP YOUR BREAKFAST it will cause several stomach problems in long term. I like her bt what she is having is toughest n i doesn't mean you have to do it the same.. she is adding little ghee in her coffee bt there's almost no amount of pure good fats in her meal (instead of that paneer/meat).

I personally feel that every PCOS women deals with different issues, so if one thing is working on me that doesn't mean it would work for someone else.
So please whatever you eat don't force yourself looking at any influencer. Just experiment and observe what is going well for your body.
A good diet and excercise is enough, with good amount of sleep is enough.

I always knew she could fix her skin through consuming the right food. Once commented the same too on one of her expensive treatment videos. Ya’ll hear me out- if you want clear skin take care of your gut, and not the pricy skin care products entirely.

I am a certified pcos nutritionist and Sorry to say this is not the right eating way for pcos.. as you are starting ur day with coffee which is bad for hormonal health.. skipping breakfast again bad.. low on carbs again bad.. so many things that I can point out that's absolutely not good for pcos.. .. this isn't sustainable and in the long run can cause more damage to hormonal health than benefit
