India & Pakistan had this capabilities for ages. India used Mirage and SU while Pakistan used Mirages. its nothing new.
By going that logic isn't India the one who is starting this weapons race in the region, They deployed Rafale Pakistan deployed J10s & Soon J31 to Balance out the equation. While China will deploy J20s while India has no clear 5th Gen option available yet.

A nuclear device has never gone rogue or been stolen in Pakistan. But the same can't be said for India. So the question shouldn't be about Pakistan. The question should be, why India has nuclear weapons when it has a history of not being able to stop them from being stolen? Overall, the Indian nuclear program is unsafe, and the state of India's nuclear security is pitiful.
