The US needs to repeal the CAATSA legislation, and rewrite it so that sanctions only apply to Russia, Iran, and North Korea, NOT to those that buy weapons from them. There are a lot of countries out there that are friendly to the US but currently get most of their defense tech from Russia. CAATSA will only drive those nations to become adversarial towards the US.
