Was going for United Silver status. I have the PQPs but not enough PQFs to qualify. Living in a hub city, all of my flights are direct/nonstop. While convenient, it’s harder to earn status.

What does 1 point cents each even mean?

I have top tier status in both United Airlines - 1K status (Star Alliance) and British Airways - Gold (One World). I live in a city that is a hub for A/A, but as you can see...I prefer to fly United domestically and British Airways internationally.

With where I fly it makes more sense to go for aa status. But part of me wants to not because I hate the naming. What do you mean you have three different levels called platinum

UA has a much better international route network other than Caribbean and South America.
