John Deere X330 , My little Review .

A little Review of the John Deere X330 I just purchased. And some info people maybe interested in.
But is the X330 and X350 essentially the same. Just the Engine is Different.

I have the same model, 2020, X330, 48" deck and 350 hours. I cut 5.0 acres every week, never had any problems. Runs like a champ, rather a deer! Easy to service! This is my 3rd John Deere. They cost a little more, but they are worth it overall...

I've seen others take the seat switch out and drill a small hole in it and run a screw into it. The screw touches the seat and makes contact with very little pressure on the seat. It's not bypassing it, so it's still gonna shut it off if you were in a rollover or if you fall off. It just makes it less sensitive. The 100 series tractors are made at their plant in Greenville Tennessee. They aren't farmed out to mtd or anyone else, just a different plant. The 300 series is an in between series for folks with decent acreage, but not needing a garden tractor. They're very well built and full of quality.

Since I will be getting an X330 in the spring, it was helpful to see your review to find out the differences from my 7-year-old D140. Also, where did you get the kit to modify the gas can. It's just what I need. Thanks!

Try Unplugging the sensor under the seat. I did this on my husqvarna to stop that from happening. Excellent review, I just ordered the x330 and should have it in November or December.

Make a small jumper wire with a male spade connector on each end did that on my x390 for the seat switch

Two comments; 1) If you have long runs you will learn to like that cruise button. I laughed at it too but have learned to like it; 2) All JD lawn tractors are made by Deere. The X series are made in Horicon, WI and the 'box store' models (The E, S, L, LA, D & whatever) are or were made in Greenville, TN.

Dont believe the warranty. I took mine to my local dealer for a possible engine oil leak and they said it was a charge to me because they found nothing wrong.

Hey, I rigged two wire jumpers, one for rio switch, and the other for the seat on my X330--works perfectly --ends hassle on seat situation, and mowing while backing-up.

Love my green I think I am on my 5th set of blades old 125 but it has 24 hp I think

1.2 hrs on your hour meter? You should change the title to " Why I purchased this John Deere." Now that a couple of years have passed you can do a worth while review.

I just got the X350 with the Kawasaki engine dealer said it’s a better engine by far . 🤷
