Authentic Pad Thai Noodles

Показать описание
Pad Thai Noodles 🍜
Pad Thai noodles is probably one of the most popular noodle dishes in Thailand. The trifecta in my option is (Pad Se Ew, Pad Thai, Pad Kee Mao)
This is how I put together mine.
2 servings
What you’ll need:
Pad Thai noodles 6-8 oz (handful)
Protein of choice (I used tofu and shrimp) 1/4 cup each
1 shallot minced
4 garlic cloves minced
Peanuts for garnish
Green onion for garnish
Bean sprouts (optional)
Chili flakes (optional) garnish
1/4 cup pad Thai sauce (I have a recipe posted)
2 Tbsp water (optional) for noodles when cooking
Lime wedges
Instructions:
1. Prepare all of your aromatics and spices. (This is the most time consuming. Chop your radish, garlic, shallots, green onion, crush your peanuts, wash your toppings.)
2. To a hot wok, sauté your proteins of choice and remove.
3. To the same wok, add neutral oil and toss in garlic, shallots, radish. Sauté until aromatic.
4. Add in your rice noodles. (If fresh you don’t need to soak) if it is not soak rice noodles in hot water for 10 min.
5. Add in pad Thai sauce (I have a recipe posted) cook the noodles in sauce and if noodles are too hard add a little water.
6. Add in egg and cook. Toss in the noodles and top with proteins that you set aside.
7. Garnish with green onion, peanuts, bean sprouts, more chili. Serve and enjoy!
