actually, there were millions of 'account forgotten' accounts. basically bcs like roblox wasnt following the rules for china and roblox gave up on following those rules so deleted every account from china, and theyre all now called 'account forgotten' and ranom numbers. most are terminated tho

These (forgotten accounts) happened when Roblox banned all Chinese accounts when the name was removed from China. That's why all banned players appear as forgotten account names and IDs (as far as I know)

For the last one, there ARE other accounts with the name “Account Forgotten”. They were from a Chinese version of Roblox that was shut down, which meant all the accounts were well, forgotten.

Roblox has Launched Luobu (Roblox but in China) around 2021. After some time they decided to stop Luobu, and all of "Account forgotten" are Luobu accounts

4:00 In cyrillic usually, the c in Mactep is pronounced as a s, the e is usually ye (if it is dotted/umlaut/diaresis then it is yo) and the p is and R, a pi-like symbol replaces the actual p sound bc its based on greek.

If it was really pronounced MACTEP, it would be actually Maktэп (The K substitutes for the "C", but you can use Kha (X) instead sometimes too)

So really his username is Master.

Funny story, I actually got in contact with the owner of the Macтep account, and they claimed they changed the direct outputting or "the servers systematic outputs." She made the account on Roblox's own page. This could be inspect element, modified network requests such as extensions, or server-side manipulation. However it was most likely just clever use of inspect element which has now unfortunately been patched. Incidents like this have led to many duplicate "ROBLOX" and "builderman" accounts being created ~2016.

Note 1: Im pretty sure the long names were a exclusive glitch for the old iOS Roblox version.

Note 2: The QA account was a official Roblox account. Its name stands for "Quality Assurance"

Note 3: the "Forgotten" accounts were Luobu's (Chinese Roblox) purged accounts after its shutdown.
