Yeah, this happened to me once I was playing SFOTH IV. I was chilling with some guys at the safe zone, talking about the old days of Roblox, and then I made the mistake of commenting how good was the game back at its time and how much I was sorry for not being present during its prime; then, some guy that came out of nowhere jumped in and started discussing with me why I didn't have the right to say that because my account was made in 2017-18.
I was like "dude, what do you care?", but seems like some people just want to create a problem so then they can prove themselves right.

I've been on Roblox since 2013. There are elements that I miss a lot, like Tix, how Roblox seemed to care a lot more about it's platform, and how moderation was miles better. But, I have to say that the games are a lot better now, content and quality-wise. Sure, you have the cashgrab cookie-cutter games like "(insert thing here) simulator"' but there are some really cool games if you look for them. I also love how much more customisation you have with avatars now, even if that comes with some significant drawbacks with people making some...interesting...avatars.

As someone who genuinely played Roblox in 2011, iirc I was a guest, made an account in 2015, got hacked and then has an account made in 2016 and still uses it today, I can say that old Roblox was not allat. Sure it had that charm, that jank and vibe compared to the modern corporate slop, but new Roblox is so, so much better in a lot of ways.
