Great tip Doug! Not only does this apply to drag cars, 4x4s as well. The response or reaction of the suspension is always affected by the anti-roll bar. A good adjustment will be a positive reaction and an improper adjustment will affect load and unload in an unequal manner.

Is there a certain angle that you want to set up the actual ARB first? 90*? Higher? If it's pointed down, and links are on the short side I think it could limit shock travel, no?

Very good info easy to understand... these anti roll system custom made by chassis shop obviously but are there kits to be welded/installed for example A-Body Chevelle or MCarlo?

Since a sway bar/anti roll bar only resists against what the opposite side of the car is doing, could you not adjust either side of the bar as long as you are preloading the bar in the correct rotation on the passenger side?

Do you start with the left side neutral and then adjust the right?

Everybody was wondering why my s10 has homemade rear sway links with rod ends that are right and left thread thanks as always I'm going to send this to a few that said I was nuts for doing what I did
