Autogenerated captions are on by default, and here's how you can control them:
When you're creating a Reel, go to 'Advanced Settings' and then, 'Show Captions.'
Turn the toggle on and off.

Navigate to the Sticker tray, and select ‘CC Captions’ sticker.
